A friend of mine had a lot of debt from various sometimes unscrupulas companies. She opted to go for an IVA and pay a small amount. Looking at some of the previous debt though it seems she may have been duped. Can you still CCA request the debtors and stop the IVA or does the IVA constitue a new law...
