what would happen if i take 6 mounths holiday break ....then fail 2 mounth payments , already one mounth behind ....
i,d be 3,600 pounds better off , then write to my creditor and try to renegociate on what i owe more affordable for me and more money back to them in stead of ip....is this possible ?

hi this is what happened with me , i was told to get a valuation by an astate agent .. he valued my house at £180k . which i thought was very high due to the fact the house did,nt have a kitchen or central heating ,due to building work , and still has,nt....but he said the chances of getting 180k on...

hi melanie Giles ..i contacted ip to explain that i mite not be able to manage this mounths payment and because my iva was up for review i exsplain that every mounth for the last year i was just making my bills and iva with nothing spare..and felt it was only a matter of time before i,d fail ...some...

thank you so much Julie for your help ... i have no other assets i lease a van for my work thats the only thing i have ... i will spk with ip as you say and exsplain situation ... if i apply to courts do they advise me on what i should do after applying the company i,m using is debtfocus in wigan......

when i completed the forms with ip i was not 100 % happy because on my income and exspenditure forms , asked me to lower some exspences or i would not be able to enter iva and with all the worry and thinking i was going to loose my house , i agreed

i have looked at my finanices and i,m not bringing enough money in to pay my bill and pay iva.. i,m not in a position to be able to sell my home and give the money back , due too outstanding work that needs to finished to be able to sell .... i know bankruptcy is my only option and feel my home will...
