Well ... it's me again: had a phone call today from Euro Debt in forming me that I now have a CCJ against me from one of my creditors. This would not have happened i believe if those dimwits from Blair Endersby got thier finger out and set up the IVA in time, been at this with them since 06/11/2009 ...
