Thanks for getting back to me. I don't have the paperwork anymore. As soon as I received my CC I took great delight in shredding it - maybe should have kept it in hindsight but really didn't think I would need it ever again. As for my former IVA firm having a mass variation meeting, again I wouldn't...

Hello all! I was wondering whether you could help me with a question I have about my completed IVA? Back in July 2010 my F&F offer was accepted, I received my completion certificate etc and have been taken off the Insolvency Register. Two weeks ago, the RBS contacted me to let me know that I had PPI...

Hello everyone! Hope you are all well? I haven't been on here in some time, well since I completed my IVA early through a F&F, thanks to my partner and mum who offered the cash to get me out of the IVA because of my poor health and job insecurity. As an update, I am finally living my life without th...

Hello all! Can you help answer 2 quick questions? 1. I have had to send my creditors details to the ICO as they have still yet to update my credit reference files to show that I have completed my IVA and to correct the dates. How quickly do they respond? I sent the details a couple of weeks back and...

Thanks Ginger. I know that it's 6 years before it drops off but given I have completed should I try for one of these credit builder cards (I also know that that is an application and not a certainty but it means if the application was successful it would show that in the next 4 years I would have ha...

Hello all - hope you are all well? I have been following this post with interest and wanted to add my 2 cents, for what it is worth! I finally received my certificate of completion on the 5th March (a mere 8 months after my F&F was accepted - please sense the sarcasm and pure disbelief in the inaptn...

As long as DFD doesn't get the surplus I am more than happy! I have emailed the lady to ask her to recheck her information and get back to me as I have been very reliably informed that I do indeed come off the insolvency register

Why am I not surprised!! Honestly I would never recommend DFD to anyone. They've provided no customer service, given incorrect information in a field that they should be experts in and in a area that is critical to be 100% accurate!!! Should I ask to speak to this woman's superior? They were keen en...

Guys, thanks! As always you're advice is invaluable!! Foggy - should the dates be the start date of my IVA, the F&F acceptance date or the certificate of completion date? Should it still be showing as satisfied even though I completed my IVA via a F&F? What information should I send them with the le...
