Well, after a long 5 years I've finally got there and my final payments have all been made. IVA accepted as proposed - 18p in the £!!!! Only modifications are around the fees PayPlan are charging, and I have to produce my pension documents to show that i am only paying in the minimum possible contribution.

For those that are planning to, you can't include it in your IVA, it is a debt that is a joint and several liability and therefore unless your partner is also included in the IVA then they become fully liable for the new debt incurred. Currently going through the process ATM, PayPlan sorting everything out. Should be a couple of weeks now then hopefully the full process should be in full flow.
