Many thanks Foggy, looks like he's stuffed for another 12 months - seems a bit unfair, especially as they gave me 6 years right from the outset, and then we will have this problem again and they will probably make me go into another extra 12 months as well.

Well after that panic attack the other day regarding the mortgage - looks like Andrew was right - no point in worrying about it as there is nothing we can do - but fortunately for those of us on variable rates - it looks like we have some respite in the form of overall growth or lack of it - apparen...

Hi both my son and daughter are with 3, we pay £15.00 per month and we have capped their calls - their entilement is 500 mins, 500 texts and 3,000 3 to 3 calls but when they have used all this up they can't make anymore calls only receive them - thus ensuring they never go over the £15.00

Although I understand that interest rates are on their way up - I fail to understand why banks think that someone in an IVA is more risky to lend to than any normal Joe out there (in this day and age anyone can be made redundant, anyone can find that there is no more overtime, and what is more stupi...

I have spoken to my advisor and everything has been sorted - As Melanie said it's for me to do my Income and Expediture and as long as I have proof of any increase there shouldn't be a problem. Thank you for all your support. [:)]

This forum has been a godsend - and I trust all the professional's advice on it as well as the other users and moderators such as Kallis and Skippy. Unfortunately we only got our review letters in the evening when we got home from work, so I couldn't contact my IVA company and I will now only be abl...

Hi Melanie - I think what she did was send me a copy of my last income and expenditure to see if there is anything that has changed - but then she omitted the service and repairs and haircuts. We keep a spreadsheet of all expenses and it has changed slightly - obviously things have gone up in the la...

Hi Kallis, I think looking at it now it must have been an oversight - she just didn't include these two thing in the new expenditure review sheet! (at least I hope so!!) - £55.00 per months seems such a lot to me now - and I was doing so well even with the things that have increased in price and the...

Hello everyone - I am in a bit of a panic and I need some advice desperately - our reviews letters came in the post today and all the expenditure seems right as it was 11 months ago (obviously things have gone up - and I will account for these) it's the bottom figure that doesn't make sense to me, b...
