Hi JMW1969. I too am with Liz at Liberta and like you I started my process with VB first. From first speaking to VB and my IVA being approved it took 3 months. I have to say I felt the same as you that going with VB did delay the process and I had to go over the same thing again with Liz that I did ...

My IVA is with Liberta and I can only praise Liz for her total support and professional approach before and after setting up my IVA. I read on here a lot that people struggle to speak to their IP's. Right from the start I have been able to get in touch with her by either phone or email and all my qu...

Hi all

A fantastic opportunity has arisen at work to relocate to Australia for 2 years, work will apply for the visa and pay all the relocation costs etc

I entered into an IVA last month, does anyone know if having an IVA would mean the visa would not be approved?

Thank you all!

Hi all

I hope someone can put my mind at rest. Would my IVA have a negative impact on my families finances as I am living at home?

They are having trouble with their bank who is one of my creditors and I am not sure if it is because of me?

Any feedback would be appreciated

Thank you [:(]

Was planning on using the card as an emergency back up and as it is visa and accepted everywhere where as the visa elecron can be restrictive.
