hi all
after being forced into interest only on my mortgage whilst in my iva i would like to change to repayment now my iva has finished.
having been 6 years on interest only do i have the option of extending my mortgage term to make payments easier?
i have 24 years to retirement

Hi all
My Iva completed in may this year thankfully
But I still have a black mark on my credit report by RBS
Does anyone know how I remove this?

hey all, all done after 6 years (few payment breaks) last payment made to DFD on 22nd of October but have just received an annual review notice is this an automated letter do you think as I have made all payments. thanks for all your help with this web site its been a huge help.

hi everyone,ive been in an iva for nearly 4 years.i opened a full bank account prior to this and now want to open one for my teenager.as she lives at my address I am worried any background checks may discover my iva and close my account. what do you think?

Hey all I changed banks prior to my iva 3 years ago and now want to open a child account for my son with this bank does anyone know if my iva will effect this and if I stick my head up and they find out I'm in an iva will they close my account ? thanks

hey all,been in an iva for two and a bit years and after being refused a mobile phone contract on the grounds of financial leper i took out a 30 day rolling sim only contract with t-mobile.6 months later i attempted again for a grown up contract and success! i now have a contract and a new htc. result

hey all. due to the bad winter we are having,if my energy bills increased by say £100 would i be able to work that amount of overtime each month (and keep it) to maintain my iva payments? after all i will not be benefiting from the extra income. thanks
