We can't afford to buy here, but have contemplated taking advantage of the strong £ against $, so looking to invest in the US. Does anyone know a good reputable company to look towards getting a relatively low mortgage? We completed our IVA about 2 months ago (although still waiting on the completio...

Meeting was today and after many many phone calls after the meeting time, I've been told that they have all the votes in and all accepted the offer. The only thing I am unsure on is that my IP is waiting for letters of debts? Could anyone enlighten me as to what this is and do I take it that the off...

Hiya, Just wanted to check something with you very knowledgable people!...I signed our draft variation for our f&f and sent it back about a week ago. I phoned the company we are dealing with just to see if a date had been arranged as yet. I was told that the IP had to sign it first and he 'should' b...

I've got the funds ready now and am about to write a letter to propose an amount for early settlement. I spoke to my IP (well someone from the company anyway as my supervisor can never be located) and they have said that I also need to get the person giving us the money to write in to confirm the am...
