This is what i thought, i havent missed a months payment, just that instead of paying on the 10th month i am now paying around 29th month, but obviously payplan see it differently??????

Tell me about it Andy, got enough stress as it is with a divorce going through! Not the most helpful of companies i have found recently, especially the turnover of case officers, who i am finding to be quite rude and obnoxious

Hi Lem,
I usually make payments through payplan plus by debit card, but it seems to take forever clearing, it shows on my online banking within 1-2 days, but can be anything upto 7days to show on my payplan account, there is nothing on payplans website offering a direct bank transfer that i know of?

Some advice needed please.... I have had a letter off payplan Notice of intent to issue non-compliance.... They say i am in arrears of one month dating back to may this year, my pay date was set at around the 10th of the month, but due to a solicitors bill for a divorce i had to make the iva payment...

Hi, I havent posted on here for a while, but always read the forum as form of comfort and inspiration... But i thought id keep eveyone informed of my progress.... Just completed my first year and the dreaded annual review but Payplan couldnt of been more helpful, myself and my wife both had payrises...

Hi, Hoping i can have a bit of guidance!! I currently have a mortgage, in which all payments are up to date Due to my wifes family relocating very near to my family, and her fathers ill health, we want to rent our property out and rent one in that area, is this possible in an IVA? Just a quick one..... My overtime isnt guaranteed, i just work it when its available, do you have to declare this every month you get paid when you have done overtime that month, or do you wait to your annual review? If by the chance of god, i get a pay rise during the iva do i declare this as soon ...

Hi, Applied on-line for a co-op standard current account with no overdraft facility, and just recieved an e-mail saying its been declined!! Please any advice on what the next course of action to take, as i thought this would sail through and i need a new account asap!!

Thanks for the support guys, its nice to hear off people who are in a similar situation as myself, makes the whole thing slightly less painless!! lol.... Anyway another quick question, maybe on for the experts The payday loans i have 1 is due out 30/9, and the other 2 i have rolled over till the end...
