The budget is for two people

When in an dmp or an IVA if you’re shopping budget is £250 for a month do I have to provide receipts to prove that’s what your spending?

I'm trying to stay positive but not easy at the moment, I just feel I have let myself down I'm sure I feel better soon but at the moment just finding difficult to keep my chin up with all the worry on how it will all turn out
