Yep - the ones that are left on there are all still defaulting and there are still amounts of money showing too. How do we go about sorting this out. Do we contact the creditors?

Thanks. I'll contact DFD and see if they can help. Both mine and hubbys credit reports still show some creditors defaulting with outstanding amounts showing - should these start to drop off after May 11th(6 years after IVA started)? Some other creditors we had have completly disappeared from the rep...

I remember this time all to well. All will be ok hun, dont worry. When i found this forum i was well into my IVA - wished i had found it sooner though. All round fantastic support on here. You can moan and rant and rave as much as you like - you'll be supported every step of the way.
