i HAD RECENTLY APPLIED FOR iva WITH DEBT FREE DIRECT THOUGH I HAVENT SUBMITTED MY DOCUMENTS WITH THEM YET BECAUSE OF MY DILEMA REGARDING MY STATUS . My IVA proposal is with an IP called Neville Eckley. They sent me an appointment letter on 22 January 2006 stating that a representative would be contacting me to arrange an appointment. To date I have received no phonecall from them despite me phoning them and sending emails. What should I do?
