I finished my contributions 18 months ago and the house was removed from the list of assets, what they are saying is they want 100% of the money as the money is an new asset and as such they want it all, is this fair? They never did this in month 54, they did the request in month 66 after I had finished payments. Is this not too late for them to start this.

Thanks

I had a 2008 variation when I joined GT, that stated they would value my house and look at equity, I thought that meant if I had no equity they would just close the IVA as a normal IVA , if I had equity but could not raise it then I would be extended, is this not so. The document was so legally writ...

Nothing was ever mentioned about the car at the time, maybe it was my fault for not asking as I took the ability to be re-assessed to mean if my needs changed I could re-evauate this in the same way I have had pay increases and this is also re-evaluated. No one asked me about the car allowance when ...

Thanks for the reply , I have no family with the ability to help me with finance for a car and my partner also has a car on finance which rules her out. I have just recievd a letter from my former IP Wilson Phillips in Blackburn which informs me that Grant Thornton is now my new IP, I contacted them and found them not too helpful and so far no help at all to be honest, I felt they had no interest in me only the money, (maybe paranoia!) Can this just...

When I took my IVA out in 2007 I had a car allowance from my employer each month, the car was purchased on a loan which was part of the IVA so in effect no payments as part of I&E, I now have a 125k mileage and need a new car, the company pays this allowance to fund my car and I am now not sure what...
