the way i look at it is the IP never allowed me any extra to live on when i have been struggling so why should they get any more than absolutely necessary now! From my experience IP's lull you into a false sense of security assuring you that you will only pay what you can afford and that all of your...

They wrote to me (as have other brokers in the past) offering their services and at the end of my tether i decided to call them not believing that i could get out of my iva early and was delighted with them at first as they seemed very straight forward, helpful and understanding. as time has gone on...

Thank you. I will try but think that as soon as they know for sure that there is more money potentially available they will do all they can to take it so am not holding my breath. Do you know whether it is possible at this late stage to refuse to drawdown the surplus from the remortgage so that ther...

The chairman's report had the same wording "full proceeds of remortgage approximately...)". But this was not my offer and this has never been mentioned before in the conversations I have had with the IP when going through the process of making an offer.

have you booked online before? i have not but i have been told that as soon as the first 6 tokens have been printed you can go online and choose your date and destination and if your quick you can get your first choice as the popular parks like Butlins etc. go first!

Thanks everyone for the reply. I completely see the experts point but neglected to mention in my first post that our circumstances are about to change.
