the email address for GT is *email removed* that is where we have to send all of our correspondence. Hope this helps.
We had a reply from GT and they have set up a new DD but as yet not taken any monies.

Hi have a post office savings account, the only down side (if you want quick access) is you have to write to the PO and they will then debit your account with the requested amount in a day or 2 of your request, I use this account for my conginency money. Hi, we have just had our 2nd yr review with GT and we had to send our last 12 payslips and p60 and any evidence of increases in I&E, that is all they asked for. We had an increase in pay (but swallowed up by an increase in CSA payments) and our payments have remained the same also.

Thx for the responses. As luck would have it we have heard from Grant Thornton this morning and after review they have agreed our current payments will stay the same. Hubby and I are very pleased indeed.
