I have a very similar situation. Were you not required to pay the PPI pay out into your IVA as a windfall as opposed to using it as a F&F Settlement. Also who was your loan with. It was'nt Barclays by any chance was it as that is who I am about to make a claim against.

I declared BR 10 years ago and apart from the stigma (who cares it happens to the best) the whole experience was not totally unpleasant and the relief is unbelievable.

Surley this has got to be "theft". No one could ever get out of debt if they had large debts. The courts should control this as generally a court would surely cap the interest that could be charged. People are being robbed for making a mistake. we have all made them.
