Also benn told that if there is no equity in property that the iva will end in five years is this the case ?

sorry to bombard you with questions am i right in understanding that in the fourth year if you have equity in your home and remortgage the iva ends in the fourth year ? And if you have have no equity you carry on paying until the 5th year is complete ?

Hi my hubby and myself have decided to do for an iva with Payplan,only just sent off the paperwork needed (payslips creditors etc) can anyone tell me if payplan are ok as a company. And how long before creditors meeting etc. Very nervous !!

Yes considering bankrupcy but have concerns regarding losing my house they are calling me back this evening.

Hi everyone just has a call from the iva company who have know told me that they want to charge me £180 more a month than quoted i am thinking about going bankrupt but scared i will lose my house i have no idea what to do or which way to turn all direct debits are due to loan companies in 3 days and...

no they have just told me to advise creidtors that i am dealing with them and not to engage in conversation and to give them my ref number

A friend is on a dmp with them and i was just at wits end knowing who to go with greading next couple of weeks know im going to start getting the calls !!!

hi there everyone just spoke to someone at kingsgate Insolvensy regarding progress on my iva they told me that they have already spoke to two of my creditors, is this normal practice to do this even though they havent spoke to me about my proposal or draft yet. I very confused again

I have spoken to them several times they seem very nice. Last time i phoned they said that someone from the admin team will be in contact soon to go through everything with me.

My paperwork was passed to someone on Friday they have assured me that someone will ring me in a couple of days to go through my iva proposal its probably me been a stress head, have no idea what to expect in the next coming weeks. Thanks for replying
