Orville, you say that the CAB advised that payplan do not charge for an IVA therefore all of your money will go to creditors, that's not entirely true, they don't charge upfront fees but they DO charge, as do all IVA companies.

Hi Orville,

My advice is just keep reading the forum, I read as many posts as I could, I tryed to find other people in simular situations to ours and then printed them out and took them home for Hubby to read, He like your other half was unsure about an IVA.. We are with Melanies team now and should be getting a date for our creditors meeting very soon.

Keep asking lots of questions this forum is so great for that !!

Good luck
Love Maxie

I wish I could fly, way up to the sky..... but I can't. Whoops, sorry, just bursting into song there, I got sidetracked [:D].

I had my IVA approved at the end of July. Hubby and I are with Melanie Giles and I can honestly say, everything is hunky dorey. They are a fantastic team to deal with and are all completely non-judgemental. I would certainly recommend Melanie for your IVA. You can always give her team a ring and discuss matters further with them.. you'll not be disappointed. Hope that helps - give my blog a read, it may help. Good luck. Kazzy x
There is light at the end of that dark tunnel. Promise.
