Well mine is due and the way mine was set up was based on an average as my pay fluctuates monthly, will let you know what happens when they contact me .....i have been told not to worry about the delay

I know what you mean, it's like pot luck who is going to answer your email and the fact they won't know all the complexities of your case. I hate not knowing too, and I drive my husband potty with all my worrying! I'm getting myself in a right old state about the month 54 valuation and equity release, and not knowing how they will handle it!
