Can GT give you any advice or put you in touch with someone, I thought that GT's RX1 overrode the original one, but obviously I'm wrong.

If you can give us a little while we do have some professional, knowledgeable posters on the forum who will be available tomorrow and give you their excellent advice. Hopefully sorted for you soon.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

The first one should have been removed when the IP no longer had any interest in the property. Contact GT/Aperture and they should be able to help. You may not be the only person who has had this happen to them.

I expect Aperture can help as a starting point.

If your IP has left Aperture you might be able to track them down at their new firm and get their assistance - contact their governing body to find out details if Aperture can't help.
