So we have just had a full and final offer accepted and I have received an email saying we are debt free and no longer insolvent. I want to check the land registry to see if the rx1 has been lifted as well. Will paying to see the title register show me this? I think it is 3 pounds to see this.

Thanks

If it is still on the title it will show in the title register. It will take a couple of weeks to filter through I would imagine.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Thanks for the reply. I have checked and there is no mention of any restriction regarding the IVA. We actually got a new RX1 form sent to us just before we were going to make a full and final offer. I’m guessing it might not have been on there anyway?
