Hi Bluey, as I said in my first comment I did work in a call centre so believe me I know how you peeps feel because I was insulted on more than one occasion but unfortunately it is one of those jobs where you have to just grin and bear it and at the end of the day pull down those shutters and shut shop - in other words what happens in the office stays in the office. I saw it from both sides when I was on a call but never once did I become rude to the person on the other end however angry they may have got because it is not professional. The person I spoke to at B & E I have no idea how they got there job because Customer Service and Listening skills were at a severe minimum. If they have a bad day they dont have to take it out on me because like myself they are paid to do a job and if you dont like it move on somewhere else!!!!
