[:(!][:(!]

I am a bit fed up to be honest with Royal Mail.....I sent some documents to Melanies team on the 4th June and Royal Mail have opened it [:0][B)] and returned it to me today!

It had some personal info in there along with statements etc. I am a bit miffed [:(]

I also wonder where is has been for the last 5 weeks!!!!

I'd complain Marie, that's awful. It's illegal to open someone else's mail - doesn't that apply to the Royal Mail as well?

That's bizarre to have your documents returned the day before your creditors meeting!!!!!

Spooky Melanie!

I was a bit shocked to be honest. Most of our docs I have sent special delivery. This particular pack I didn't as I didn't have the £5.05 on me so I paid for the correct first class postage at a post office counter and it got sent back to us today in a Royal Mail envelope with a red label on it but none of the boxes had been ticked to say what was wrong with it and why it had been tampered with.

Bizarre!

Sounds very fishy to me.
Usually when and item isn`t delivered for whatever reason it will get signed off,the dead letters go to Belfast(how daft is that!)IF it has a return address on the back it is processed straight away by machine as most of it is business mail, alot of the unaddressed mail is then handled by a small team of workers who open it(and they are dealing with thousands of letters) and see if there`s a return address on one of the letters inside. They will then send it back.
Usually though they will say why it`s not been delivered and will usually explain why it`s been opened.
Complain to the local delivery office as Customer service are a waste of space.
Keep your nose in the wind and your eyes along the skyline.

Will do thanks for that. An old neighbour works in my local sorting office. That would be good wouldn't it her opening my mail address to the IVA Advice Bureau with loads of unpaid statements and default notices. [:(]

Never mind nothing I can do now but MOAN!

Marie, Royal Mail have a lot to answer for and I hope you get it sorted. I think someone needs to have their head ripped off!

Good luck for tomorrow!

Marie, it is lovely isn't it?

Admin decided it needed a little bit of sunshine as I am heading (all be it a long way to go yet) to full sun.

Thanks Andy appreciated - Melanie sort of let the cat out of the bag lol - I'm a bit weird interviews, meetings etc I keep to myself normally in case they go all wrong! No bother though lol........

The support is appreciated.

I have had 2 bits of bad luck though today I have had the letter incident and I have just seen a flat puddy kitten on the road. Poor thing. [:(]
