RINGING A CREDITOR YES OR NO?

As we have had our meeting put to next week again I just wandered if anybody had spoken to their creditors and basically said` if i don`t get this iva i will go bankrupt`.
not sure if it is a good idea has anybody done this and did it make any difference i am desperate as next week will be my last chance[V]

Natasha, please wait for an expert to advise you on this. I'm not sure, if you phone them, that you will get through to the right team who vote. Sorry you're having to go through all this. I do know that sometimes the creditors look at this forum! X

Hi Natasha ... hang on in there, my creditors meeting was postponed 3 times which was a positive thing as they were working out a solution for me.

As Andy says, there's hardly any point speaking to your creditors ... leave it to your IP to put your case forward for you.

Your IP will no welcome you dealing with the creditors directly, and as Andy says it is highly unlikely that you would be able to discuss matters with a decision maker.
