Hi all, I spoke to my IP today, out of the customer care team at Payplan, she was very nice and really pleasant and helpful. She said I must send all of my payslips every qyarter, bearing in mind I get a monthly one from my main job and a weekly one from my second job, which means I need to send 15 payslips each quarter. Is this usual?
I'm not bothered because they;ve given me a second bite at the apple, I was just wondering.
Cheers
PS anybody heard how Swardean (Phil) got on

Hi,

We never did that last year at all. Perhaps it is something new that they have brought in recently? I shall wait for them to ask me for mine!

Hi there & congratulations on the success of your IVA & on your journey to becoming debt free.

It is normal to send in pay slips - it helps make sure your paying the right amount & dont get into any arrears should you earn any overtime, bonuses etc.
I have to send our in every 6 months n at the start of our IVA we had to send in the first 3 months.
Dont worry & good luck
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X

Thank you very much, I just wondered if it was usual to send them all in, no problem with it.
Cheers

I had to send my payslips monthly, but I've never heard of anyone else having to do that!

Perhaps it depends on where you work. My salary never varies so my IP said one a year at review "just to check"

My salary remains the same as well, as does hubby's pension (apart from annual increases) as I don't work any overtime.

Payplan never had any off us last year until the annual review, and then it was the last three.

I think its good for people whose salaries are due to go up to send payslips at other times as well as their annual review. As I have read some stories where people have had to payback some of their salary into their IVA at a later date.
Its now time to start living and to make some some wonderful memories!

My payrise from September last year was finally paid in February this year, complete with back pay. I didn't have to pay any of that across, and my payment hasn't gone up.

This year, as we had a three year pay deal agreed last year, I shall inform Payplan as soon as we get our rise and see what they say.

This is weird, why would they not take any of the back pay, good news for you Jan but I am paying 50% of any extra I earn including back pay, both with Payplan but different criteria!

We were told by them at our annual review that they don't take back pay.

We only sent in our last three payslips, but then my wages don't fluctuate and I never work overtime so perhaps that makes a difference.

Does seem strange though that different people get told different things.

I am expecting a bonus in this months pay, I was awarded a 6% bonus of which I asked for half to be paid in a lump sum, and the other half as a salary increase, this is from last year as our company always drag their heels when giving out bonuses, will I have to give half of it over as this was for before I was in an IVA?
