Empty pockets never held anyone back. Only empty heads and empty hearts can do that.

Hi
I had the following converastion with someone in my IPs office after they sent me a demand for about £200 after reviewing my payslips
Me 'Hi,have you got a copy of my last income/expenditure statement to hand ?'
Case worker 'I'll just go and get it'
Me 'Ok,can you read out my disposible income'
Case worker '£350'
Me 'and my monthly IVA payment is £450'
Case worker 'Oh yes,i see what you mean'
After this conversation they sent me a letter confirming that no money was due as any extra was used to bridge the gap.

This was a few years ago now and I posted about it on the forum at the time.

Go back and try and get some sense from them
Regards

Is your IP aware of the drop in income you had, and that your family are helping you out ?

My annual review (end of year 2) went quite well. I was allowed to keep my 2.5% pay increase because of increases to my mortgage and secured loan (end of fixed rate mortgage too).
I saw a message somewhere here saying that you can't increase your household budget or something. This is tricky surely with inflation and all.
Still I'm just about on course to get through year 3 I think.

Hi
You will be allowed to increase your household budget in line with inflation,no problem.Your annual payrise at work should cover this meaning that there should not be any change to your payments
