We received a letter from Solicitors representing the BoS this morning. Apparently they are to take immediate possession of our previous property.
My question is, should this be happening considering we filed br on the 13th Feb? We handed the property back on the 10th March so we really don't own the property anymore....or do we??? [V]
I have emailed the person from the solicitors informing her that we are br and the house was returned to the Halifax.
It's nice to be back......

They do have to go through the formal legal process Chris, so that they are eventually in a proper position to give good title to the purchaser of the property.

Just a formality and therefore nothing to worry about.

Thanks Melanie, I was hoping that's all it was but sometimes things like these can come back to haunt you if you ignore them.
