Hi well done on full and final with Melanie.

I would suggest you refer this to Melanie as I'm sure she won't mind. If the debt was included in the IVA you owe them nothing.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Welcome madangler. I wouldn't worry about this. Your IVA has been sorted, well done, and with regards the entry on your credit file/s, they will be removed. By law, they have to be within 56 days. (28 days for them to contact CRAs and 28 days for CRAs to implement.) There is nothing Lowell can do about it. Also, they should still not be chasing you. Advise them, unless they stop, you will contact the OFT.

I would really contact Melanie and ask her team to help you on this one. You are completely covered by your IVA and therefore you should not be being chased for this money....

Lulu is correct. If you cannot make this company understand this problem, then go back to your IP. It could be an oversight on their part, I am nicely giving them the benefit of the doubt, but if it is not they are acting completely outside the criteria and ethos of your IVA.
