can anyone tell me how I go about removing my current iva superviosr via the court route please?

It is a very difficult process. Have you tried the mediation hotline at the top left hand site to see if you can resolve this matter?

its already got beyond that I'm afraid and is now with the financial ombudsman.

I therefore need to know how to go about removing the supervisor via the courts. I am not concerned about the difficulty of the process.

I feel that if the matter is currently with the Financial Ombudsman that you ought to let it stay there until the case has been fully investigated. Can you let us have a little more information about the nature of your complaint?
