Evening all. I am just going through the equity release stage at the moment. I have contacted my current mortgage provider, they are sending the no letter in the post. I have contacted two more lenders and cannot get past the phone call stage, can't even get a no letter. Has anyone out there had any success in getting a no letter?

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

We are doing most of the catering ourselves. 12 cases of wine from tesco website, barrels of real ale from a local brewery. (thats me sorted, dont know what everyone else is having)
