I have had an iva for 10 months and i am relocating to another part of the country, in doing so i was planning to leave the equity in the house and then remortgage once moved to release enough to offer to end my iva early. Do you foresee any problems i may encounter?

Hi t.d and welcome

If you could post details of your iva.. creditors & how much you owe...How much you currently paying and the Equity Release clause in the contract Im sure one of the experts will be able to advise better

Are you planning on selling the property, or renting it out as an investment? And what provision was there in your IVA for the treatment of the equity in your property?
