i have hered back today they have got hold of the creditor to check there figures and it has been agreed that it should only be for £134
they are going to resumit a new claim and then my figures can get ammended and put foward for a early settlement they should get about 35p in the pound instead of the 38p on the accepted iva
so fingers crossed

sounds like a really good offer-especially as they will get their money sooner rather than later.
full and final accepted January 2015

iva agreed; August 2010
iva would have completed; August 2017

i would like to thank everyone for they help the creditor meeting has gone my way and they have accepted the early settlement figure and i am no debt free [:)],
