Please can anyone tell me why after finishing our IVA December 2012 and receiving our certificate from GT in July 2013..CLAIMS BROKER say they are still searching PPI..we know for sure and GT know that all our PPI has been claimed back.We telephone CLAIMS BROKER again today and they were very unhelpful and even arrogant on the phone !!
We have complied with all the spotty letter forms THREE TIMES and still we get no closure.We believe GT owe money to us and they will not close our case until this pathetic company(CB) inform GT .
I have emailed GT again today ,but where can i go from her ,please any help would be nice.
Hi, sounds horrendous I must admit. Can you address a letter to your IP direct and ask him/her to look into this. this is nearly 18 months on and in my humble opinion should be sorted. Hoping someone will be able to offer some constructive advice a little later.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
Steve - you mentioned you have your completetion certificate ! - if this is the case you IVA is finished and your commitment to it has finished.
It sounds as if the claims company are try to get their moneys worth - let them get on with it - even if it wastes their own time and money. You Steve in the meantime put this behind you,let them do the chasing and enjoy you debt free life
As Ginger says, if you have the completion certificate it is finished for you.
You do, however, say you think they owe you money .... on what is this belief based ?
Any PPI yet to be recovered is payable over to the creditors until such time as your payments into the IVA reach 100% of the original total debt plus fees. Do you think you have exceeded this amount ?
