Hope you get sorted Katie! My account manager has recently changed too and the handovr has been less than efficient (not with Freeman Jones tho).

Hi Ian,

Thank you for your reply.

I was not aware that Claire is our RM - she provided her contact details as we were not assigned a new RM and I needed a point of call at FJ until one was assigned (told the process would take a few weeks).

I was also not aware that a face to face meeting was in the process of being arranged (I had requested this in an email sent to Claire yesterday morning).

I look forward to receiving an update on Friday.

Glad to see your getting everything sorted. It's a surprising mistake in the original proposal though as presumably your monthly income doesn't tally with your annual income!
