Hi,

I am in an IVA and I am looking to re- mortgage basically to change company, is this allowed?

Hello and welcome. A more pressing question would be "is this possible". From an IVA point of view there should be no problem as long as the equity was preserved for the IVA. From the lenders point of view, I sincerely doubt they will allow a re-mortgage whilst you are in an IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I'm afraid to say that it's highly unlikely that you would be able to obtain a new mortgage whilst you are in an on-going IVA. Even if you were able, it is unlikely to be at a very competitive rate of interest. In any event you would need the approval if your IVA Supervisor.
