As you know im in the process of puttng together a full and final settlement offer via remortgage.
The solicitors acting on behalf of the lenders have sent me a letter today asking me to send back my signed form for the deeds and my buildings insurance with the lendrs name added to it.
Im a bit unsure what to do about it as i have to wait to see if my offer is accepted before i proceed. Is this normal and should i ring them to tell them i cant send these things untill i know if my offer has been accepted?

Hi Skint

I would wait until you have the offer accepted. These sols are a bit keen they wouldn't normally ask for these until you have the offer...

I have a firm remortgage offer but need it to go to a variation and have my full and final agreed by creditors. Should i ring the solicitors and explain this because obviously if my F&F isnt accepted i wont be going ahead with the remortgage

Yes phone them and explain that you won,t get the gren light to complete until the variation meeting.I think you,ll find that they,ll slow down once you tell them.

Also i have told my ip about the struggles we are having with the interest rates and the problems this is causing in my marriage. Is it worth also telling him about my little boy having assessments for autism and the problems the stress in the house is causing him?

Thanks skippy
Didnt want to sound too over dramatic but the stress isnt doing the little one much good. Hs now refusing to go to the toilet and its causing him problems both at home and at school(funny how things affect him). It could take years for a diagnois but at the moment i need to try reducing the stress levels and concenrate more on him so hopefully if we get the iva settled early the stress will be all but gone.
