I’m with PayPlan and since my IVA started in June 2007 I’ve sent in copy payslips quartered as requested by them. In fact, I used to get a reminder to do so. The reminders stopped after a year, but I make a note of when they are due. I also used to get an acknowledgment quite quickly to say that my payments would remain the same. My income has been pretty static since the beginning but I did pay an additional £30 once as I received £60 back pay one month. Now I don’t even get an acknowledgment of receipt of the copy payslips but I keep contacting my case manger till I get one as I don’t want to hear “we never received them” 12 months later.
Yes I would try to get an acknowledgement from them because I assumed because I had not heard everthing was ok but then I had the letter asking me to make a payment. The letter did make me feel as though I was in the wrong.
I would like to add that Payplan were brilliant when they set up my IVA no problems there.

I have six monthly reviews with payplan & have always found them good at communication. However as on this site it's not always been the best but hey one year in not much to complain about now. It is strange that different posters have different experiences.
The road is 72months long starting September 2010.
It's funny how differently Payplan operates. I know they are individual agreements but you would think that all reviews would be conducted the same.
The first year I was in mine I didn't have to send any payslips in at all until the annual review and since then it's been every three months. I never have an aknowledgement to say they've been received, but always receive a letter telling me that the payments haven't changed.

With my IVA Company I simply scan my payslip each month and email it to them. At the same time if I have any uplift due to overtime etc I pay it direct to their nominated bank......saves any surprises at the annual review....hopefully:)
Emailing/scanning everything also provides a very secure record of when and what I have forwarded to the Company and to tell the truth with my poor organisation skills, gives me an easy method of safe-keeping/locating any relevant documents.

I came into this world with nothing and still have most of it left!
I send mine in quarterly and don't hear anything unless there is change so no news for me is good news, I do send any uplift in when due to avoid surprise. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
