I need to prove my IVA is complete as although it’s been 7 years since completion it has shown up on a credit check and preventing me from renting a property. I had it with Debt Free Direct and they have passed me on to aperture. However they are not responding. Is there anything else I can do?
If you have a copy of your completion letter you can forward that the credit agencies and ask them to remove any details. Have you checked the Insolvency Register to see if it is still on there?
