Problm updating credit file after F&F IVA completi

Hi peeps. Some advice please. Following my completed F&F IVA I sent a letter, including a copy of the Certificate of Due Completion, to Experian, Equifax and Callcredit asking them to update my credit file with "IVA satisfied" or whatever it is they need to do to enable the repair process to start.
I have received replies from all three companies to say that they have no details pertaining to my IVA at the address I gave them on the letter!! This is the same address I have lived in for 7 years and is the same address as used by all creditors and the IP. What on earth is going on?[:(]

Obtain a copy of your credit file to see what addresses are listed for you. You can do this on-line for a cost of £2 per application.

I have already done so with Experian and my address on file is the correct one.

How odd! Suggest you send them a copy of your IVA proposal, completion certificate and credit file and ask for an explanation.

I have exactly the same problem! I settled a CCJ before the IVA and both are showing as outstanding - I've written to them several times with the certificate but still no luck!
