Hi gang

After all the stick & negative posts regarding DFD I feel I must praise them for the handling of my F&F which was accepted on Tuesday.
I initially was very frustrated at the lack of response from them but having found out the e-mail address of the IP & mailed him personally things moved very smoothly & quickly & I had a contact at DFD,the lovely Rachel who kept me up to speed & always replied promptly to my e-mails.

Also I have to put on record what an amazing forum this is,I dont think there are many places that experts give there advice & help so freely & there is always someone on line it seems at all hours of the day to help.

I thank all the people who have helped me along the way & wish all of you who are still on your journey the best of luck for the future.

As I am nosey person I will still dip in and out the forum from time to time !

Regards to all

Dave

DFD are great at handling an IVA. Hubby had no problems with them whatsoever.
Their only downfall is on the communication front. Lets hope they get that sorted.
