My IVA is completed, i got my completion paperwork in the new year.
I am now being chased by a PPI company that say they work on behalf of Aperture.
Do i need to return the paperwork to have my PPI checked for a second time. And if i do have it checked, what happens if there is anything to claim, do i get it or does it go to Aperture.
no you have finished your IVA and are under no obligation to sign anything (unless you signed something as part of the closure paperwork agreeing to this, which would be unusual)
If the PPI was assigned they shouldn't need your authority anyway.
Check your completion letter - some of them state that if PPI is due afterwards then it should go across to the creditors.

It depends - case law at the moment is going to appeal on this point (wright v Greene) due to be heard this summer. Depending on the outcome may depend on whether you can keep the money.
If they didn't get an assignment/agreement from you before issuing your CC they probably don't have the authority to apply for any PPI.
