If PPI has been mis-sold to you in the past, and your IVA confirms any compensation you receive is deemed to be an asset of the IVA, then your IP is correct to be pursuing this in the intersts of your creditors. Has your IVA actually been closed?

You should not ignore the letter, but do contact your own IP for specific advice about your case.
