Hi All
Completed my Iva in 2013, certificate and completion report followed about 4 month .On the bottom of the completion report it say The supervisor continues to deal with the PPi and vat issues and will account to the debtor and creditors when these matters are finalised . Now i have received a letter from Aperture who took over Grant Thornton and after 3 years since last PPi was claimed for my IVA they have instructed fdm to deal with Financial Mis selling for my iva ,on the the letter of Authority it say valid for all organisation relating to all financial claim types including PPI/ Unfair Commissions,,Pay Day Loans, Mortgages, Investment and Pensions can i cross this out and leave the PPi in as my completion report only say PPI.?

I would just sign it - it is all to do with PPI.

All the other instances relate to PPI- like refunds -- i.e they existed during the IVA, albeit unknown about or unclaimed.
I amended my letter to limit their searches to the time period before the end of my IVA, as nothing since has any relevance and is an invasion of my privacy.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
