Is that a PPI company is claiming that I engaged with them by signing 16 authorisation forms. I requested that the '16 authorisation forms' be sent to me. They complied and I have found that the 16 signatures are not mine to include some of the forms having nothing to do with me and or some are blank with my alleged signature on them and I have wrote to tell them this on numerous occassions, but they are not listening. I involved the Ministry of Justice and they say 'we are of the view that you are saying that fraudulent behaviour has happened' They advised that the PPI company should respond to me in writing by 30th Sept 2012. However, the PPI company are now saying that they will be sending my name to the debt collectors, and are ignoring my formal letters of complaint in this matter; when I have never given them my authorisation for them to contact the PPI. I intend to telephone the PPI company tomorrow and speak with the head of complaints in order to ascertain whether they intend to address my concerns 'fraudulent' behaviour and if not I intend to contact the police to say what my findings are, can you advise anything other than what I am suggesting, is it that I can take them to court or another process?
Who is the claims management company, and IVA company?
Are you still in an IVA, at the end of an IVA or post IVA?
If still in an IVA, are you making a claim for this at the request of you Supervisor or did you decide to make a claim for miss-sold PPI on your own?
Or am I reading this wrong and you have not made any claim for miss-sold ppi and this company have made a claim on your behalf out of the blue?

7 years after starting an IVA I finally received a completion certificate from ClearDebt
OMG that is totally out of order. how on earth can any company do that, hope they get what they deserve. Is there any depths this PPI thing wont go to. Surely this must be having a bad impact on both IVA and PPI claims companies
