Hi all just had my f and f accepted but received this letter from payplan saying before i get the certificate i must agree to add any ppi. Have to sign this form.
Is this manditory?

PPI is due to the IVA even after you have finished. Signing this form will allow the IP to sign off the IVA --- refusing to sign means they will wait until such time as they are happy that there is no PPI to be had, during which time you will still be bound by the IVA and could have to pay in any windfalls and inheritances you get. It is pretty much standard to assign the PPI before completion.

I agree. It is a reasonable request and failure to sign would delay the closure of your IVA. It does not mean you have to assist in reclaiming the PPI but allows the IP to continue on should there be a need to.
