Thats is a bargain nepensioner!

7 years ago, we were in Las Vegas saying "I do" [:)], luckily hubby knew about my kitchen skills before hand, so no get out clause [:D]

I do the surveys following advice from here and will be claiming vouchers for Christmas. They are time consuming, but worth it in the end.

I wish I could do the same ginger - if it weren't for the fact that my parents spend each Christmas with us, then we wouldn't bother with it at all.

As soon as the IVA is finished, if they are no longer around, then we're out of here!!

We seem to have all the gadgets - slow cooker, steamer, breadmaker etc and on the whole, hubby does use them. Apart from a vertisserie that has been gathering dust forever! Time to get rid [:)]

I was wondering that Jan!

We've got a breadmaker that we use all the time - so much nicer than shop bread and at least we know what goes into it!

The bread we get from our local bakery is baked there and we know exactly what goes into it. It's lovely and tasty.

We haven't got a decent local bakery and I don't like the rubbish from the supermarkets so it's good to make our own. Well Dave makes it really! He makes it from scratch rather than using the mixes as well so he's well trained!

We bought a chicken brick years ago. It's a terracotta chicken shaped thing and you're supposed to roast the chicken in it. We used it once an the chicken was really pale an anaemic and the brick has gathered dust ever since!

Maybe you should sell your chicken brick Skippy [:)]

We also have a leaf collector thingy... no leaves to collect, so why we needed that I don't know! Another thing to sell!

Right! I hadn't a clue what that was. Hope you can get a decent price for it.

Our local bakery is ace and they even know now exactly what we want when we walk in now!!

Hubby does use the bread mixes - I bet Dave's loaves taste wonderful!!

Not got any of those!! Our leaves get gathered up and go into the garden recycling bin.
