Really scared for the future of this iva now. Had it all sorted. Yes its being transferred and T&C the same blah blah blah but will we be able to continue with I&E allowances?? big companys seem to give bear minimum. If they start pulling it apart and denying us certain allowances (eg pocket money/haircuts) like other companys do we will fail. Cant imagine them answering emails immediately or knowing who you are when phone. Im looking at options of F&F to get it closed down if review goes negatively. Feel really sorry for newbies who had a choice of companys now stuck in this situation. We were doing really well now back to panic mode. Glad im
not only one in this situation though. I just hope we are all proved wrong but i dont hold out much hope unfortunately

Can you contact Mel through the ask experts a question link to the left and scroll down until you find her details, I've not checked but that is where most experts details are held.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

It should be in your paperwork -- Mel always included her contact details, as far as I am aware.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

Hi Mike

Thanks for your email. I can confirm that the news is true. An agreement was finalised late on 24 October 2014, which resulted in the ongoing supervision of your IVA being transferred to Susan Wriglesworth of Creditfix.

We understand that you may be initially concerned as to how this may affect you moving forward, but please be assured that Susan, and her colleagues at Creditfix, share our own values and business ethics and that she is also a highly experienced professional who we feel sure will ensure that the handover runs smoothly for you.  We will be working with Susan over the next few weeks to ensure that she receives copies of all documentation relating to your case, thereby enabling any immediate queries to be properly and promptly dealt with.  You should, however, use Susan and her team as your first point of contact, as we are no longer able to deal with direct queries from yourself.

There will be no change to the way you make your payments which will continue as normal until your case is closed.  The account details to which you make your monthly contributions will remain the same, and so it is imperative that you do not cancel your payment arrangements as this may result in your IVA falling into arrears.

A letter from Creditfix is being sent out to all affected clients today and the contact details and information will be included in this letter. A letter will also follow from Insolvency Practitioner Susan Clay confirming your IVA being transferred and thanking you for your co-operation and support whilst we were acting for you.

Many Thanks

Hi

Mel retained some IVAs where she felt it was in the clients best interests to remain with PJG. There are mostly self employed business IVAs

Whyme, I am in exactly the same position as you. I am devastated. After 5 years of struggling, I made my 60th payment three weeks ago and was told to cancel the standing order to Pgr. Five minutes ago, I logged on to my email and have been told my case has been transferred to Creditfix. This was going to be the first Christmas my family could really enjoy with light at the end of the tunnel. Now what? I am so so sick of the feeling of uncertainty and fear which I thought was almost over. Disappointed doesn't even touch how we are feeling.

Cleo76 I feel for you. Having paid all the 60 payments before the time of transfer, I would have thought your case would have been completed by pjg. I am waiting for my completion certificate and am looking forward to an officially debt free Christmas as I am hoping Cleardebt will process it soon, fingers crossed.

I hope you do not get caught in transfer delays. The stress is bad enough when it is straight forward!

Thank you relieved33.

I've just emailed Mel. Looks like Gill, Natalie and any other staff who I was in close contact with just last week have gone. I was told I'd receive my final review paperwork last week. Now I know why it hasn't arrived. So, so disappointed.

Hi All,

I received an email regarding this today and am deeply saddened by our transfer.

We have received such fantastic support from Mels team over the last 3 years and cannot believe that we are being transferred at a time when we are in our greatest difficulty.

I will be calling them later to see whether we can remain as I too have found no good information regarding the new company Creditfix and am very very concerned about the move.

Please tell me that I am not alone !!
Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!

Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA :)

Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!

Having had a quick look through this site and others, there are few posts on creditfix. Given our inclination to complain more than praise, this could be a good sign. I am sure that their customers must have found this website too if they had a problem. The only post really involve fees, their fees are 23% so anyone lucky enough for a windfall may have to repay more.

I truly feel for all caught up I this. From Melanie, her employees to clients.
