Well she basically asked some questions that she had already asked before and also said that she will write her report now and thats it for now. To be honest I think she could possibly be a trainee or something as she doesn't seem to know answers to a lot of questions we have and always says "I'll have to check and get back to you" she also doesn't carry out what she says she will ie, sending us statements to go through, and a prepaid envelope and silly stuff like that.
I hope this is it now but time will tell. Does anyone know if she will send us a copy of her report and also if we will be notified about how long BR will last and if Rob gets a BRU.
Thanks for your thoughts

I'm glad it wasn't too bad Jayne.

I never received a copy of the report - as far as I'm aware this is sent to the creditors. You are best presuming that the BR will last for 12 months, and if Rob gets early discharge it's a bonus. If he is going to get a BRU you will hear towards the end of the BR.

I don't believe you will get a copy of the report Jayne.

So far as the BRU is concerned, you won't officially know until the OR says he/she wants one! Having said that, for a BRO/BRU to apply there has to have been some element of misconduct. For info, see this
