Nice one. Us IP firms are not big, bad wolves and no need to be afraid. Ultimately your IVA payments pay our wages and you are the customer so glad you plucked up the courage to just ask.

Good news as long as you can show part or all of it is for pain and suffering. Perhaps you can keep the funds to one side ready for a F&F settlement towards the end of your IVA...
